Launched and marketed the app to outdoor enthusiasts and local communities.
Outcomes
Successfully launched Idago on the Apple app store and Google Play, achieving 1,000 downloads in the first month.
Built a community of outdoor enthusiasts who actively use and contribute to the app.
Increased awareness and excitement for the app as we interacted closely with rock climbers at a 3 day event at the Idaho Mountain Festival.
Discovered the importance of each person's role on the executive, product, marketing, sales, customer service, and business development team. Along with the importance of having a team to win long term together.
