Objective

Outcomes

  • Successfully launched Idago on the Apple app store and Google Play, achieving 1,000 downloads in the first month.

  • Built a community of outdoor enthusiasts who actively use and contribute to the app.

  • Increased awareness and excitement for the app as we interacted closely with rock climbers at a 3 day event at the Idaho Mountain Festival.

  • Discovered the importance of each person's role on the executive, product, marketing, sales, customer service, and business development team. Along with the importance of having a team to win long term together.
